Token Recycling Pool

In order to gain access to accumulated data, ELUM tokens must first be surrendered in exchange for data credits, which are pegged to the USD in value.
ELUM tokens that are used to acquire data credits are immediately transferred to a temporary holding pool where they await to be re-distributed to network participants.
A small percentage is burned, this number will fluctuate slightly in order to allow sustainable token depreciation levels and will be dependant on network use.
The Remainder is divided and distributed between Network Operations, Validators / Infrastructure Partners, and all devices that participated in the capture of the accessed data.
The portion going to capture devices is split by calculating individual Weight ratings for each individual's participation in the capture of the data that is accessed.
1% Burned
10% Operations
12% Validators/Infrastructure partners
77% Capture Devices
